Players Stuck on Loading Screen

It has come to my attention today that some people cannot connect to servers and are getting hung in the "Waiting for Character" part of the loading process.  A black screen will appear and you can see people chatting but that is it.  You cant move, type or do anything else.


The only way I have found to resolve this issue is for server admins to go into the server data and remove the player entry.  See screenshot below.

The admin must remove the correct steam ID of the player having the issue.  This will clear all the player cash but will leave the house and items within the house in tact.  However the items on the player will be lost.
